Turns out the issue was the posts I drafted with @MarsEdit has Trackbacks disabled by default and there's not a UI in the Wordpress classic editor to see/modify that settings.

Been using the Apple Watch's haptic alarm to wake up at 4:30am. Having a regular wake up time helps me feel better.

Found out that the #indieweb plugin Bridgy (posts/backfeeds replies/likes from twitter into my site) will attach the featured image of a post to Twitter. Now I want a dedicated "Tweet-through-your-blog Wordpress client" app.

Rainy and stormy for the next week. Saw a bunch of downed trees in a forest nearby.

ARM Macs
byThe rumored switch of Apple from Intel x86 CPUs to their own custom ARM chips is exciting. But as a web developer, I wonder how this will impact me and how long it will be until an ARM Mac is usable forβ¦work. Most of the tools I use arenβt native to macOS (PyCharm/Firefox), or ported and super-slow (Docker).
Will an ARM work be fast enough and compatible enough that I can continue using a Mac for work?
