byGreat run this morning.
Just shy of 7km
Two things:
1. The reason people donβt wait for signals to change before crossing the street in the west is because it takes ages. You quickly adapt. These little reminders on the road are helpful in such situations.Look Right
2. I lost data for some reason mid-run so got a bit lost on the way back. But I could see Buckingham Palace and run through a fantastic park.
Seeing the palace for the first time really gives you a sense of βwow Kings and Queens really did rule the countryβ. ΒWestminster Abby -

by in GreenlandFinally had the time to sit down and finish reading Curbing Traffic: The Human Case for Fewer Cars in Our Lives. Really good. Highly recommend it.Β
Makes me want to engage Izumi-ward / Yokohama about making the city work for all modes of transport.
Walking and cycle deserve equal priority to cars when designing our streets.
Wonder if I can find some nice cycle streets to ride a Boris Bike down. -
Thankfully the flight map updated to show our actual route, going over the arctic instead of going over Russia. First post from a plane!

It was super windy and rainy last night and was 80% chance of rain. But it all blew through and you couldnβt ask for better weather.Β
